An important notice for users of the E1-interface - problem solved!

There is a problem in our payment service affecting merchants using the E1-interface.
Due to the service maintenance done this morning, our payment service is hindered by a missing discount, the ITEM_DISCOUNT field, when making a purchase. If this field is left empty in the payment information, unfortunately our system will show the consumer an interface error - in this case the payment will fail.
Our technical team is working hard to fix this problem as soon as possible. We will let you know as soon as it has been resolved.
