There was an exceptional problem in Paytrail’s payment service. Our payment service was down on 3/2/2016 between 05:20 and 06:30, and at that time no payments were transferred. The problem is now resolved and the payment service is running normally, but we are monitoring the situation closely.

We are investigating the situation and trying to prevent the issue happening again. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
